Directive Collective products are offered directly from manufacturers to help us offer a wider range of their products without having to store every item locally. By purchasing a Directive Collective item we are able to collect a small portion of the proceeds from the manufacturer, thank you for choosing to support us!
Collective Products ship directly from the manufacturer and may ship separate from other items purchased in the same order. As for the nature of Directive Collective products, shipping times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Directive Collective products are currently ineligible for any sort of discounting due to the small percentage we are able to collect from the manufacturer on these specific items.
Collective Product returns are returned directly to the manufacturer and all returns will be processed directly by the manufacturer. Return policies may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. A return confirmation is required for all returns. Simply email us at info@directiveboardshop.com with your order number and specifics regarding the items you would like to return. Return confirmations are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times can vary seasonally, your patience is appreciated!
We do not accept returns on sale merchandise. If the price is discounted in anyway (sale items, package discounts, coupon codes, etc.) than it is considered a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
For Directive Collective orders outside of the USA, returns are extremely expensive and time consuming due to Duties, Taxes, and Shipping and therefore are not worthwhile for us or you the customer. Thank you for your understanding!
